AN OPIOID EPIDEMIC, SKYROCKETING DRUG PRICES, AND A CONTINUED LACK OF ACCESS TO QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE.

This is the state of New Jersey’s healthcare under its current leadership, and both, Republicans and Democrats, have shown little interest in improving our system of care. In Congress, Tom will fight to protect people with pre-existing conditions, keep preventive services and allow individuals under 26 to stay on their parent’s plan. However, we need new policies that expand Health Saving Accounts, allow insurance to be sold across state lines, and incentivize tele-health. With the opioid epidemic ravaging New Jersey, we need leaders that will fight the drug companies and increase opioid treatment funding, not politicians in Big Pharma’s back pocket.
